Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) is a primary care medical home for Chicago’s south and southeast side. CFHC has grown to become a leading medical network providing access to affordable, comprehensive healthcare services to underserved communities throughout Chicago.

We effectively designed both 2014 & 2015 annual reports and other marketing communications by listening and understanding CFHC's narrative. We creatively communicated CFHC's amazing culture, their positive impact on to the community, their powerful message and accomplishments to their stakeholders and strategic alliances.
